Bakery Kutterer in Sachsenheim offers apprenticeship places as baker in its own bakehouse every year. Apprentices learn the traditional craft without ready-made baking mixes, including overnight dough preparation with the bakery's own sourdough as well as hand-working and shaping bread and pretzels. The training company is a traditional bakery with a confectionery, a café and ten branches in the region.
