Aventus Immobilien GmbH in Ulm is looking for reinforcement as a financial accountant or finance accounting clerk for the accounting support of residential and commercial properties as well as internal financial accounting. The tasks include payment transactions and liquidity, account monitoring, reconciliations, dunning as well as the proper posting of business transactions. Close cooperation takes place with commercial and technical property management as well as controlling, including a contact person role for accounting and tax matters and support with tax audits. The position is located in the real estate industry and is available as full-time or part-time from 25 hours per week.
