Bäckerei & Café Burkard GmbH in Rot am See is looking for apprentices for the pastry chef / confectioner trade in its own pastry shop with an attached café. The range of tasks includes cakes, gateaux and slices, specialty cakes for occasions, Danish pastry, deep-fried goods and croissants as well as pralines, chocolate, petit fours and seasonal homemade ice cream. The apprenticeship offers day shifts starting no earlier than 05:30, apprentice salaries from 1100 to 1300 euros and vocational school at the Peter-Bruckmann-Schule Heilbronn.
