KATZ der bäcker is looking for apprentices as pastry chefs (Konditor/in) starting in September 2026 at its main site in Vaihingen an der Enz. Training at this values-driven family business combines craft quality with its own apprentice programme and long-term prospects. Apprentices receive above-tariff pay, Christmas bonus, staff discount, partial travel allowance, and support with exam preparation and tutoring. For pastry chefs, work starts at 6:00 a.m. and there is no Saturday work during the apprenticeship; there are also outings and very good chances of being taken on permanently.
