KG in Wemding is looking for a service advisor (m/f/d) to advise and support customers on all service and maintenance matters for the brands Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat and Cupra. The role covers reception dialogue through to vehicle handover, appointment scheduling, order processing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, as well as maintaining long-standing customer relationships and handling warranty and goodwill cases. Requirements are a completed training as a service advisor, service technician, automotive master craftsman or automotive salesperson; motivated career changers with workshop experience are also welcome. The dealership offers a permanent employment contract with attractive pay, bonuses and holiday pay as well as flexible working hours and further training within the Volkswagen Group.
