Backhaus Zoller is looking for a bakery studio manager (part-time) for its bakery studio in Esslingen. The role includes contributing to the course and event concept, planning and running baking courses and events such as bread baking, children’s birthday parties and company celebrations, as well as looking after participants. Duties also include recipe development, organising materials and ingredients, and working with the marketing team. Desired are training in the baker’s or confectioner’s trade or comparable experience, enjoyment of working with people, and organisational talent.
