The bi:braud restaurant in Ulm is looking for reinforcement as a sommelier for the service area of the fine-dining house. The wine list comprises around 400 positions of handcrafted, nature-related wines; guests are accompanied in a relaxed manner and advised on classics, trends and insider tips. The position complements the existing team around sommelier and wine academic Holger Baier and is part of the business of Alina Meissner-Bebrout with a Michelin star.
